Art Unplugged is to inspire and encourage youth in St. Louis and surrounding areas to explore opportunities in the Arts.  Our object is to expose youth to various forms of creativity, by offering hands-on art experiences. We not only focus on the creative interest but we expose participants to techniques to combat the stresses of life by offering mental health and physical health instructions led by certified yoga instructors and physical trainers. to alternative ways of l also to assist those in our program that have an interest in art, develop their skills, and gain an understanding of the importance of art in our world and the gift they possess.
